Emergency Shelter
Serving babies is a different world for shelter workers. Infants
and toddlers have been admitted to the shelter for emergency
residential care for year and we have had to alter our approach
to accommodate our tiny visitors in order to provide age appropriate
care and activities. One room has been designated for them
and toys have added a playful touch to our shelter atmosphere.
