Executive
Director—Judie
Hanes has been in youth services for over 35 years. She received
a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, a Masters
Degree in Counseling, a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management
and post graduate work towards a Ph.D. in Communication.
Administrative
Services Manager – Debbie Fixico manages all
administrative operations of Southwestern Youth Services. She brings
a wealth of experience and dedication to Southwestern Youth Services
Human Resources, Fiscal and Contract Management and Administration.
Clinical Director/Counselor—Lia Hickman is licensed by
the State of Oklahoma as a Behavioral Practitioner and a Licensed
Professional Counselor both in the State of Oklahoma and Texas.
Her experience includes inpatient drug and alcohol counseling,
mental health issues and youth & family counseling. She earned
a Bachelors degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Psychology.
Counselor—Cindy Allen is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked as a High School
Counselor, with Therapeutic Foster
Care children and adolescents and providing individual and family
counseling for over six years. Cindy earned a Bachelors Degree
in Elementary Education, a M. Ed. Degree, and a Masters Degree in
Counseling.
Program
Director/Counselor – Melinda
Lopez is a Licensed Behavioral Practitioner and has provided services
in Tillman County for six years.
Her offfice is located in Frederick, where she provides all community-based
youth services including counseling, group rehabilitation, life
skills, FTOP and CARS.
Delinquency
Prevention Program Director—Tony Picinich provides
Behavioral Rehabilitative and Prevention Services in Harmon County.
He has worked with youth and adults in mental health, correctional
and residential facilities for over 10 years. Tony has a Bachelors
Degree in Behavioral Science and a Masters Degree in Counseling
and Guidance.
Behavioral
Rehabilitative Specialist—Holly Grace-Campbell provides
Behavioral Rehabilitative /Prevention Services. She is currently
working in Youth Development and with the Safe Place Program.
Educational
Advocacy Coordinator– Jane Bull has been an educator
for 27 years. She has served the youth of Oklahoma as a Secondary
School Math instructor and has worked in Jr. & Sr. High School,
Alternative Education, Adult Education and taught College Math.
Mrs. Bull stresses developing a positive educational experience while
enhancing
student achievement.
Education
Advocacy Specialist - Julie Boatwright currently teaches
for Hollis Schools. She has provided Education Advocacy Services for
the Hollis Youth Development Academy for the past year.
